We ship to all cities and regions within Saudi Arabia.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Delivery Time:

• Major cities: 2–5 business days

• Remote areas: 3–7 business days
  (Delivery time may vary depending on the courier and location)

Shipping Partner:
Orders are shipped via trusted local courier companies. Any delays caused by the courier or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, and customers will be notified accordingly.

Shipping Fees:
Standard shipping rate SAR 10 on every order & free delivery on order of SAR 200 and above for Saudia Arabia.
Worldwide shipping rates will be calculated on the checkout as per your destination.

Cash on Delivery (COD):
Cash on Delivery service is available across Saudi Arabia.

Order Tracking:
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Incorrect Address:
Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Failed Delivery:
If an order is refused or not received without a valid reason, the store reserves the right to take appropriate action, including restricting future shipments.
