Refund policy

Return Policy (within 7 days)

At Bint Al Bilad Trading Est., we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers. We offer a flexible return policy according to the following conditions:

1. Return Period

  • Customers have the right to return the product within 7 days of receipt if there is a manufacturing defect or fault in the product.

  • If the customer is not satisfied with the product, they may return it within 7 days, provided they bear the return shipping/delivery costs.

2. Proof of Defect

  • Customers must send a clear video or photos via WhatsApp showing the defect or fault in the product before the return is approved.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • After we receive and inspect the returned product, the amount will be refunded to the customer via bank transfer or STC Pay within a maximum of 3 business days.

4. Electronic Payments (Visa, Mastercard, Mada, STC Pay)

  • After receiving and inspecting the product, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used by the customer:

    • Mada/STC Pay: within 1–3 business days.

    • Visa/Mastercard: within 3–7 business days, depending on the bank's policy.

5. Basic Conditions

  • The product must be in its original condition with all accessories and packaging.

  • In the event of a return due to unsatisfactory condition, the product must be unused and in its original condition, and the customer bears the shipping costs.
